Dina provides boardroom legal counsel experience to small businesses, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, entrepreneurs, and sole proprietors. Dina’s clients range from: real estate developers to contractors and trades; commercial lessors and lessees; established companies to individuals seeking to start, acquire or sell a business, partnership, joint venture or corporation or seeking business succession and planning; and individuals for sales and purchases of real estate.
Dina brings a unique experience to her transactional practice as she began her career at a mid-sized law firm in Los Angeles as a litigator defending actions on behalf of companies and insurers. From there, Dina went to a specialized Los Angeles firm handling complex litigation specializing in employment, discrimination, shareholder, commercial real estate, licensing and royalty disputes. With this litigation experience, Dina was retained by a $30 million company to sit on its board and manage all of its legal work.
